REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation requests MUST be received in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled event via email to info@motovid.com. Upon receipt of this written notification to motovid.com, refunds will be provided less a 10% administrative fee only if a cancellation request is received 10 days in advance in writing (email or letter). Phone calls or verbal messages will NOT be accepted as advance notification.

REFUND POLICY

To request a refund, simply contact us with your order details via email to info@motovid.com. SUBJECT LINE: REFUND REQUEST. You can also use the online form below to submit your request. You are responsible for all shipping costs back to Motovid.com Tires Service Offices or to Dunlop headquarters in Buffalo, New York.

Once we have received the product, your order total, minus a 10% administrative fee will be refunded. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full.

No refunds once product leaves Motovid.com Tire Services race paddock.

SHIPPING POLICY

Motovid.com Tires Services services riders in the  Great Lakes Region which include the following states:

  • Iowa
  • Illinois
  • Michigan
  • Minnesota
  • Wisconsin

If you are outside this region, please contact Dunlop direct for your local service provider.

To avoid damage to the tires at low temperatures, we do not ship tires when temperatures are below 43 F (6 C) at originating shipping location.

DAMAGE TO SHIPMENTS

Motovid.com Tires Services is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carried to file a claim. Please save all packing material and damaged goods before filing your claim.

SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES

When you receive an order, you will need to make sure that the product and quantities match.  Note any discrepancies on the shipping documents. Have both you and the delivery driver sign off on it and report the discrepancy. immediately.

If there is no communication in advance of your event and you do not show up on the day of the event to pick up your tires there will be no refund issued or credit given.
